The Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 has been used on a handful of mobile phones from Nokia and Sony. Unlike the S4 Pro APQ8064 it does not comes with a large cache but more of a standard cache of 1,024 KB/Core for the processor. Still a good chip but not very widely or extensively used.
The Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 chipset is a dual core processor being the 1.7 Ghz Qualcomm Krait. The chipset also uses the Qualcomm Adreno 225 as a GPU which is good for a low power mid-market phone with its signal processing done by a Hexagon QDSP6 500MHz processor.
